The process

Step 1

We will consult with you either in person or via video conference in order to get an idea what your site will look like, what goals it needs to be successful, and the best method to accomplish that task.

Step  Two - Sketches

Once we have an idea of what your site should do and how it should look, we begin with rough sketches - similar to hand drawn napkin sketches.  This way any ideas you don't like or want to change can be done with a simple eraser without causing any extra work,

Step 3 - Wireframes

After we settle on the site functionality, the rough sketches will be converted to wire frames for a more polished look.  This stage will still be in black and white to help focus on site functionality and navigation, rather than get lost in the details with color graphics and photos.

Step 4 - Prototyping

Building your site the way you want it can sometimes take many times thru the process.  However, we've found that it's much easier, quicker and less expensive to change a site design on paper, than re-doing the entire thing after you started.  If necessary, we may create a clickable prototype that will mimic the functionality of your actual web site to help get the kinks out,

Step 5 - Preview

By now we have taken your site thru the process and will send you a secure link in which you can preview your website and see it the way it will look once published live.  This is a good way for you to get feedback from other members of your organization that may not have been involved in the process until now.

Step 5 - Go Live!

Finally, you will select a package, register your domain name, configure email, optimize for search engines (SEO) and connect to any of your existing social media accounts.
